Wind Rows Shawlette Pattern
Wind Rows Shawlette Pattern

Size:
One—60” x 22”

Yarn:
2 colors of Kate Wright Designs Maple Ridge Lace (850 yds/100 g) 100% Superwash Merino - You need approx. 300 yds of Color A and 200 yds of Color B

Materials:
US #5 (3.75 mm) circular
Ring markers
Tapestry needle

Gauge:
22 sts and 24 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch before blocking

An easy first shawl, if you’ve never made a shawl this is an easy one to get the feel for a triangle construction. The name Wind Rows is a farming term when raking drying hay in the field. The yarn over rows reminded me of looking out over the contoured fields of luscious hay.
