In this class you will combine different materials to create sample size squares with a variety of surface textures, patterns and flexibility.

This exercise will enable you to explore different possibilities of designing fabric on a small scale before creating larger pieces for clothing, scarves or wall hangings. You will leave with enough skills and knowledge to be able to set up a small work space in your home.

Your sample pieces can be saved for later projects or sewn together to create a unique scarf or base pattern for a quilt, blanket or pillow cover.

This will be a 4 hour class and all materials and equipment will be provided.
