Ridge Sport is a lofty 3-ply sport weight yarn, produced from fine and medium fine wool breeds such as Targhee, Rambouillet, Merino, and Merino crosses. Ridge Sport is fully processed from scouring the raw fleece to spinning and dyeing at Ewetopia Fiber Mill in La Farge, WI.

Hand dyed in the fleece with professional, environmentally low-impact acid dyes, using kettle dyeing and over-dyeing techniques for subtle color changes throughout. Due to the hand dyeing process in small pots, please purchase enough for your project.
